We publish, we advertise, we introduce — that is the whole list
allowanceconnection.com is a publishing and advertising business. We write general educational material about how coverage works, and we buy advertising that reaches people who want to talk the subject through with somebody licensed to discuss it. When a reader chooses to call a number or click through one of our ads, that reader is handed to an independent third party. From that moment forward, everything — the licensing, the quote, the application, the policy, the service after the sale — belongs to that third party, not to us.

- You read something here, or you see one of our ads somewhere else.
- If — and only if — you want to, you dial the number or follow the link.
- You reach a licensed insurance agent, agency, or marketing partner who is not us.
- They walk you through what they represent. You can hang up, say no, or take a week to think it over. Nothing is owed either way.
Things we will never do
- Sell, underwrite, issue, administer, or service an insurance policy.
- Decide whether you qualify for a plan, benefit, subsidy, or government program.
- Give you medical, legal, tax, or financial advice.
- Claim to show you every insurer, plan, or agent available where you live.
- Charge you a cent for anything published on this website.

Your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) offers free counseling with nothing to sell.
Who pays for this website
Not you. Allowance Connection is a for-profit advertising business paid by third-party advertisers, licensed agents and agencies, and marketing partners — typically when a reader clicks an ad, submits information, or places a call through one of our properties. That money can affect which partners appear on our pages and in what order, and we would rather say so on the front page than bury it.
